VIPR is delighted to announce it has been selected as a finalist for the ‘Technology Initiative of the Year’ category in the Insurance Day Awards 2015. VIPR entered its newest software product ‘Complaints Manager’ – which has the ability to hold, manage and report complaints in just one system. The award category recognises the company “making the most innovative use of technology in designing, developing and delivering an industry-leading solution that enables significant business value”.
“We are delighted to be finalists for such a prestigious award,” Said Richard Brown, Director at VIPR. “The issue of complaints handling is of a high priority for the FCA and Lloyd’s so creating a solution to handle complaints in a single location will hugely benefit the insurance market. The competition is really high for the category so we have our fingers crossed that Complaints Manager will get the recognition it deserves.
Entering the award required demonstrating that Complaints Manager could meet specific criteria, based on innovation, business results and the impact on the organisations’ industry. VIPR’s entry is now in the hands of an independent panel of judges from the insurance market.
The Insurance Day London Awards are unique in the market recognising and celebrating the excellence and achievements of the London insurance market. The awards ceremony will be taking place on 3 December 2015 at London’s Lancaster Hotel where the winners will be announced.
