Born and raised in Lithuania, Natalija's fascination with technology began at a young age, a passion furthered by her understanding of the mechanics of tech. Multilingual and skilled in German, English, Lithuanian, and Russian, Natalija’s linguistic aptitude led her to study linguistics and start her career as a translator. However, it was technology that caught her lasting interest.

"My love for languages and technology are interconnected," she explains, "They both involve understanding complex systems and finding creative solutions." Besides her professional pursuits, Natalija also enjoys the rhythmic dynamism of dance, bringing an element of grace and artistry to her life.

For over 14 years, Natalija has made significant strides as a woman in the tech industry. A sector predominantly male, being a woman in tech means much more to Natalija than just a job title. "It's about thriving in an environment that wasn't initially designed for us. It's about overcoming linguistic and cultural barriers, showing that women have a valuable place in the tech world."

Her role as a .NET Developer at VIPR Solutions holds a sense of purpose for Natalija. Initially joining VIPR as an implementation consultant, Natalija's understanding of the INTARGA product and the value she could bring as a .NET Developer led her to transition roles.

She recalls, "VIPR was growing at an exponential pace when I joined in 2017. With rapid growth often comes process gaps. Acknowledging this, I focused on implementing a structured system to enhance and support the delivery, sales, and testing mechanisms, streamlining our processes to boost business growth."
