The brief:
AEGIS London recognised the need to put various product lines online in order to automate processes and to bring additional efficiencies to their business. The company also recognised that an online system would enable them to quickly and easily roll out these facilities to new agents and thus maximise the profitability of high volume, low premium business.
AEGIS researched the market and looked at several software providers who showed the potential to assist with this task. After a full RFP process VIPR was shortlisted as a potential solution partner and after taking references from existing clients VIPR was chosen as the technology provider for this project.
