Polo Managing Agency partners with VIPR to offer Syndicates market leading bordereaux management solution

Polo Managing Agency (PMA), a turnkey managing agency at Lloyd’s, has today announced a new relationship with insurance technology company VIPR Solutions (VIPR). The deal will enable PoloWorks’s managed delegated authority relationships to benefit from VIPR’s bordereaux management systems.

PoloWorks’s clients will access the bordereaux management system, VIPR Intrali, as part of the full-service technology solution offered by PMA, ensuring compliance with Lloyd’s standards regarding the use and ingestion of the current version 5.2. bordereaux template.

This development follows on the heels of PoloWork’s partnership with technology services firm, DXC, which allows PoloWork’s clients to utilise the DXC Assure Commercial and Specialty cloud solution.

Our “warm” system environment supported by in-group market outsource provider Polo Commercial Insurance Services ensures that new syndicate launches go unhindered by either system or resource constraints.

In our discussions with VIPR, it became apparent that we had found a partner that could add significant value in terms of both knowledge and capability to our managed syndicate service model and we are excited to add them to our system armoury.
